sredy.io is SR&ED claim preparation software, not a licensed tax or legal advisor. The platform generates structured claim documentation designed to be reviewed and filed by your accountant or CPA. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional tax advice.

Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for the Self-Serve SR&ED Claim Package. If you are not satisfied with the platform, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. White Glove services are scoped and billed separately — refund terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

No guarantee of CRA approval

sredy.io does not guarantee that your SR&ED claim will be approved by the Canada Revenue Agency. Eligibility determinations are made by CRA based on the facts of your case. The platform helps you prepare a structured, well-documented claim — the final decision rests with CRA.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
